1. What materials are ChonkyNest products made of?

Every ChonkyNest bed, hammock, and carrier is handcrafted using 100% natural, sustainable, and pet-safe wicker. Our inner cushions are made from premium, ultra-soft polyester fiber to provide cloud-like support and cozy warmth for your furry friends.

2. Are your products completely safe for my pets?

Yes, absolutely! We do not use harsh chemicals, toxic varnishes, or artificial coatings. The natural wicker weave is chemical-free, highly breathable, and gentle on your pet’s fur, skin, and sensitive paws.

3. Because the items are handmade, will my order look exactly like the pictures?

Since each piece is authentically handwoven by our artisans in Poland, minor variations in the wicker weave, exact dimensions (within tiny tolerances), or fabric patterns may occur. This is the beauty of artisanal craftsmanship — your item is a bespoke, one-of-a-kind sanctuary!

4. Where are ChonkyNest orders shipped from?

All our premium products are proudly handcrafted and dispatched directly from our central workshop in Poland 🇵🇱.

5. How long will it take to process and ship my order?

We know your furry companion is excited! Despite being handmade, we prepare and hand over all orders to our trusted EU logistics network within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Transit to Poland: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Transit to the EU: 3 - 7 business days.

  • Transit to Ukraine: 5 - 10 business days (subject to customs).

6. Are taxes, VAT, or customs duties included in the price?

No. All prices and shipping fees displayed on chonkynest.store DO NOT include any taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees. We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties or local taxes required by their destination country upon arrival.

7. How do I clean my wicker cat bed or carrier?

It’s incredibly easy! For the wicker structure, simply wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth to remove dust or loose fur.

8. Can the interior cushion be washed?

Yes! The plush interior cushions are fully removable. We recommend gentle hand washing or spot cleaning with a pet-safe detergent to maintain their fluffiness and quality.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. What is your return policy?

In compliance with EU consumer regulations, we offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your physical package.

10. Who pays for the return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size miscalculation, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to our workshop in Poland. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

11. Can I return a bed if my pet has already used it?

Due to strict hygiene standards for pet products, we can only accept returns for items that are in original, pristine, and unused condition — entirely free of pet hair, scratches, or pet odors.
