1. Order Processing Time (Our Handmade Commitment)
All ChonkyNest products are beautifully handcrafted by skilled artisans.

All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully authorized.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a live tracking number as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We proudly ship our premium pet beds from our central workshop in Poland 🇵🇱 to addresses within Poland, the European Union (EU), and Ukraine.
📌 Please note: Total delivery time = Order processing time (1-3 business days) + Carrier transit time.

We partner only with trusted, high-quality logistics networks (such as DPD, DHL, InPost, and Nova Poshta) to ensure your delicate handmade wicker arrives in perfect condition.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU)
Please be dynamic and fully aware of our tax policy before placing an order:

Exclusion of Taxes: All prices and shipping fees displayed on ChonkyNest (chonkynest.store) DO NOT include any taxes, import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees.

Customer Responsibility: All shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The customer (buyer) is solely responsible for paying all import duties, customs taxes, local VAT, and brokerage fees required by their respective country's customs authorities upon arrival.

Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping fees incurred, and a restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.
4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you can track its journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Damaged Shipments: We protect our wicker beds with the utmost care. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us at support@chonkynest.store within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs.
