Handcrafted Nature: Certain products (such as our wicker pet beds and hammocks) are handcrafted. Because of their artisanal nature, minor variations in color, dimensions (within reasonable tolerances), and patterns may occur. These are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 6 - TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

As stated in our Shipping Policy, all prices and shipping fees displayed on ChonkyNest do not include any import taxes, customs duties, local VAT, or brokerage fees. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the shipment is sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is solely responsible for clearing the package through local customs and paying all applicable fees levied by their destination country (especially for orders shipped to Ukraine or outside the EU open market).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the applicable consumer regulations of the European Union (EU).
